PMCC Rental Program includes:

Use of all PMCC Village amenities, cable TV,
high-speed Internet, linens exchange & recreation equipment use. The Chalets are completely equipped and tastefully decorated. Each chalet includes living and dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, private deck and charcoal grill, central heat & air, cable TV, high speed internet access & telephone. Bed and bath linens are provided for PMCC rentals only. No smoking in all chalets. Ramp access units available.

CANCELLATIONS

* 8,6 and 5 bedroom units and the Alpine Center require a 30 day cancellation notification.
Others require a 14 day cancellation notice. Failure to cancel within these timeframes forfeits deposit.

1 and 2 bedroom rentals are not available
during peak summer season May 12 thru August 11

NOTE: CHALETS WITH MEETING ROOMS REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE
IMPORTANT: One-half day charge applies for early check-in or late departure.
